Our instructors come off the shop floor. They have welded the joints, run the machines and signed off the inspections they now teach. That is deliberate — and it is what makes our programmes credible with employers.
If you have the depth and want to pass it on, we will give you a properly equipped workshop, small class sizes and the freedom to teach the way the job demands.
Small cohorts
14–20 learners per practical batch so instruction stays hands-on.
Real equipment
Production-grade welding booths, CNC machines and an NDT laboratory.
Predictable hours
Structured batch schedules — no open-ended shutdown call-outs.
Certification support
We fund and schedule your own re-certification.
